How the 6-week programme works
All packages start with a short online medical questionnaire and a 7-day diet diary (you’ll repeat the diary each week for simple, real-world insight).
You’ll also get a companion app to view your personalised protocol, track progress, and message me securely.
We’ll build a plan around your goals, lifestyle, routine, likes and dislikes—no generic templates.
Your plan is iterative: we review what’s working, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust nutrition, lifestyle and supplements so improvements are achievable and stick.
