Before your appointment
Bring a quick update (wins, challenges, questions), any new test results or medications, and a short food/supplement log if you have one.
After your appointment
You’ll leave with a refreshed action plan and a clear 2–3 week checklist. Your protocol and handouts are updated in the app, and we’ll agree on the ideal timing for your next check-in (typically 2–4 weeks). Sessions are available in-person, by phone, or online video.
